My mother has been in a lot of pain and hasn't wanted to eat. I have been taking her lunch and today I took her these pork chops, Au gratin potatoes and brussel sprouts. She said it was delicious and loved the sauce! I ate with her and I have to agree. It was delicious! The sauce is a little sweet, but that was perfect for my mother, who likes sweet food. The pork chops were tender and the sauce was just the right amount. Thank you for sharing this. I will definitely be making this again!
Not a bad recipe at all but i think the next time i'll lessen the sugar it was a bit sweet maybe because i tripled the sauce...but the family liked it
The pork chops definitely came out nice and moist. The flavor was a bit ketchupy - there didn't seem to be much influence from the ingredients - but we still liked it!
