We enjoyed these very much and I will make them again. I followed the recipe exactly and see no need to change it. I think this will work good with chicken or spare ribs and will try those soon.
These were excellent flavored pork chops. Mine were also boneless and thin cut and they turned out a little dry at one hour. I'll decrease the cooking time to about 35 to 40 minutes at 350 which is what I cooked these at because of other things in the oven. Wonderful flavor though. Thanks. Made for PAC Fall 08
This recipe was great, just like one my mom used to make using spareribs. Very easy and delicious. We also used 3 chops instead of 5 and it was the perfect amount of sauce. We baked them for just 45 minutes at 375 and they were done.
