- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1⁄4 cup sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 60 g butter, melted

- Combine soy sauce and garlic in a bowl.
- Combine sesame seeds and flour in a flat dish.
- Dip chicken pieces in soy mix and then in sesame seeds, coating evenly.
- Place in ovenproof dish and drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake in moderate oven for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
