Rice that turns out fluffy not sticky. I make this amount for 2 of us and usually have leftovers.
- Mix all ingredients into a glass oven dish with a lid.
- bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.

This is a wonderful way to prepare rice without taking up space on the stove top or counter. I washed the rice before adding it to the casserole dish then topped with the boiling water and mixed. The rice ended up being a bit drier than we like, a problem easily solved by adding more water next time. Made for Spring 2010 PAC
Excellent easy way to make rice, and as another reviewer pointed out, very convenient if you are also making something else in the oven. The leftovers are the perfect texture for fried rice. Thanks for posting! Made for Spring 2010 PAC.
