Yes, loved it !! Delish ! Will make again....I added a bit of Smoked Paprika...also used Greek yogurt instead of Mayo...for health reasons. All the same, wouldn't of put it together this way without this recipe. Thank you !

My review didn't post so here I go again....made this for Zaar Cookbook Tag and I cut the recipe in half and like Parsley added a little sugar to the lemon mixture and used fresh dill and some fresh Parmesan cheese as you recommended. Delicious! Thank you again for a wonderful dish!

Delicious catfish recipe! Our fillets were nice and moist. We liked the flavor of the lemon, dill and minced garlic. I used seasoned breadcrumbs for that was all I had on hand. I made Big Boy's Tartar Sauce Clone / Copycat to go along with the fish. Thank You for sharing the recipe!

This is a very good recipe. I did not add the seasoning salt and think that 1 1/2 tablespoons would be a lot. I used my Seasoned Breadcrumb Mix Seasoned Breadcrumb Mix which adds some salt along with a few other spices. For the buttermilk I used plain yogurt and the mixture could be reduced substantially as I threw out about 1/3. If the fillets are allowed to stand a few minutes after removing from the oven, they can be removed easy from the foil without losing the crumbs. Overall a great recipe!

Very good catfish. The fillets were nice and moist. We enjoyed the lemon and dill together. I didn't add the full amount of seasoning salt, but I still thought it was a bit salty. I also added a pinch of sugar to balance out the lemon, and I think next time I'd add a little more sugar. I'll make these again (with my little changes). Thanx for posting this!
