Very nice oven chips! I cut way back on the oil and just did 2 potatoes for the two of us. Also cooked mine slow at 350f degrees, I find they crisp up better, they baked for about 45 minutes to a nice golden brown. thanks for posting, very much enjoyed.

We really enjoyed these tasty taters, the fries were so good. I cooked them a little longer than written, (personal preference only) My dh likes his fries golden brown. I will be making this quick and easy to make recipe often. Thanks so much for sharing. Made for What's on the Menu? Tag Game 2015.

Great tasting fries, these! I did cut the recipe in half for the 2 of us, but otherwise followed the ingredient list & the steps & had a nicely comforting side of fries! Thanks for posting the recipe! [Made & reviewed in I Recommend recipe tag]
