One of my diners had serious doubts & was pleasantly surprised so this was a big hit. I used another reviewer's suggestion to micro steam the cauliflower. I also breaded a few mushrooms. The herbs & panko breadcrumbs made a big difference in the end result. Everything was flavorful & crispy. It did take longer than the recomended 20 minutes & I flipped the veggies so they crisped on both sides. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

Wow - these are so good!!! I microwaved my cauliflower in about 1/4 cup water for about 4 minutes and it was perfect. The herb combination is fantastic and after 20 minutes in the oven the cauliflower was nice and crunchy. We just loved these and will be making them often - thanks for sharing this keeper!

I steamed these to perfection and used homemade bread crumbs but unfortunately had to use half the amount in dried herbs. This was a hit and DGD ate-OMG!-she ate more than half the plate by herself. This is a keeper! TFS

These were delicious! I expected they woud be good, but not as good as they were!! Even my boyfriend, who was not thrilled with the idea loved them. I got distracted and steamed my cauliflower for a little too long, but that was my fault, not the recipe's. I served these with ranch dip and will definately be making again!

The suggested steam time of 15-18 minutes was WAY too long. I think I probably should have paid more attention to the directions that read "or just until tender." Now my next problem could have been mostly caused by the fact that the cauliflower was too soft. Too much flour adhered to the veggies and upon completion the dish tasted floury.
