There is very little fat in this shrimp recipe and it goes great with the pineapple salsa. As always, I sub cilantro for parsley.

This is a great recipe. It was hard to find large shrimp so I had to use the ones in the bag that they like to call large but I really call them small. This batter still worked on that size shrimp as well. Very delicious!
