Great recipe! Mine took just 10 minutes in my convection oven. Great flavors. I did not add any salt, though, and I don't think it was missed. Was a nice addition to our Easter dinner.
The orange zest is a wonderful addition to the asparagus! I happened to be roasting another dish at 500 degrees and put the asparagus in for about 8 minutes. The asparagus was crisp but tender.
