This Chili will be a keeper in your house. It's got just enough spice, but not so much your kids won't eat it. It's fantastic! I garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and Frito's (you have to try this!)! Frito's keep their crunch so much better than saltines.

  1. Brown ground beef and onions; drain.
  2. Put the beef and the remaining ingredients in 6-8 qt pot.
  3. Cover and simmer for 1-2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
