  5. Yummy! I made 1/4 of the recipe, which I used as a dipping sauce for fresh crab. The sauce was very creamy, with the flavors of the herbs very bright and fresh. The flavor of the garlic was much more subtle. I let it sit for 6 hours before serving. If I were serving this as a sandwich spread, I would say that this makes 8 servings- 1/4 cup per sandwich seems like an awful lot to me.
