Great stuff! I used this instead of regular mayo in my sandwich.

Fantastic way to make aioli! Never tried with roasted garlic, and am happy to have discovered this recipe. Thanks for posting!!

Excellent and only takes a minute to prepare after a bulb of garlic was roasted. I will be using this on a swiss and turkey wrap for lunch in the coming days. Thank you!

Easy and good. I let it marinate overnight. I omitted the salt (personal preference) and used it over potatoes. Thanks for sharing!

Yummy! I made 1/4 of the recipe, which I used as a dipping sauce for fresh crab. The sauce was very creamy, with the flavors of the herbs very bright and fresh. The flavor of the garlic was much more subtle. I let it sit for 6 hours before serving. If I were serving this as a sandwich spread, I would say that this makes 8 servings- 1/4 cup per sandwich seems like an awful lot to me.
