    Directions:

    1. 1
      Rub outside of potato with shortening and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake the potato at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes (until soft).
    2. 2
      Split the potato. Whip together butter and honey and put inside. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.

      I found it online too and I made them last night and they came out great!!! I added some brown sugar to the sweet potato like they do at the restaurant it came out delicious. Also I don't think that much shortening and salt are necessary for one potato I only used one tablespoon of shortening per potato and about one teaspoon of salt per potato, other than that great!!
