i'm a 25 y/o wanna-be chef from the u.k. currently working as a support worker to adults with learning difficulties, but i really want to train to be a chef! if anyone has got any experience of how to go about this, then please let me know, it'd be very much appreciated! i'm a food enthusiast, i love to eat, but i also love to cook! i love cooking for people, aswell as experimenting with new & different ingredients. flavours of the moment - panchetta bacon & freshly ground black pepper - can't get enough of the stuff! i'm also really inspired by jamie oliver & ina garten at the mo' & i'm trying to collect all of their dvd's. anyway, i hope that you enjoy my recipes, please rate & review them if you try them, it would mean a lot either way, so i know if i'm doing it right or wrong! thank you very much, take it easy, gaz. x
