This is an excellent steak rub. I had everything on hand except the turmeric. The next batch I make I'll use less red pepper thought as it was a little hot for my taste. This is a keeper for sure. I didn't have all these spices in my kitchen but what resulted is a rub that everyone in my house LOVES. We put it on Salmon and chicken and steak and even in our ground beef for hamburgers! I omitted the coriander and replaced whole red peppers for the ground. I usually leave out most of the paprika. I've been using it about a year now and everyone always asks me what I put on my meat. I hate to give this rub such a mediocre review but it was just okay. It wasn't like Outback. It wasn't overly flavorful but it was really salty. I made this with marinaded shrimp skewers and everybody commented on the shrimp but there was steak leftover and people still had plenty of room left for dessert immediately following dinner.people found this review Helpful.
