This is clone of Outback Steakhouses dipping sauce they serve with their coconut shrimp. Very good stuff!
- Mix ingredients together and serve with Coconut Shrimp.
This went really well with coconut shrimp. Reminds me of sunny skies in Cancun...sigh... I might cut back on the honey by half next time because I found enough sweetness in the marmalade, maybe just the brand I used though. Thanks Miss Erin. I bet this would be nice for chicken strips as well.
I made this to go with Coconut Shrimp With a Kick - Baked or Fried and we really enjoyed it. I ran out of Grey Poupon so I used half stone ground mustard. I will definitely make this again!
