My children and I loved this! Very easy to make and easily dairy-free (which I always appreciate). Great for a lazy weekend breakfast.
Very tasty coffee cake, and what a great way to make do if you run out of milk or (like in my case) when you want to use up some old Coffee Mate. The only change I made to the recipe was to omit the nuts. This is very easy to whip up and bakes up so light and tender. The addition of the butter to the crumb topping gives it extra richness and moisture. Definitely worth a try ... I think you'll like it.
