I grew up loving this and have been making it for my family and friends for decades. Even though it's a little more work than your standard tuna salad, it's worth it!
- 3 (195 g) cans tuna
- 3 eggs, hard boiled
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tart apple, chopped
- 1 bunch green seedless grape, halved
- Combine everything leaving the grapes for last.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours that the flavors can develop.
- Great served with salad and potato/ taco chips.
Made this for our lunch today, I really like the sweet and crunch from the apple and also the eggs were a nice addition. Thanks for sharing
I made the recipe as written and served it over a bed of lettuce last night. Today, I made a sandwich out of it and spread it over crackers. All ways were great. The flavor of all the ingredients seem to come through perfectly. Thank you for sharing a great easily prepared recipe
