This is fantastic! I soaked my oatmeal for about 30 minutes, and I chopped my apple instead of shredding. Creamy and filling, easy and delicious - thanks for sharing this recipe!

I thought this was quite good. The honey added such a wonderful sweetness without overpowering it. Like a few others, I chopped my apple, which I think it added a nice texture that would have been lost with shredding. Made for ZWT7, Mischief Makers.

We have been making this recipe for a couple of weeks and everyone down to our two year old enjoys it! We did multiply the portions by about 24, as we have a larger household and breakfast is a bigger meal. I also add a little organic lemon oil to the juice and less honey. Thanks so much for posting!!

Very healthy! I grated half a medium apple into the lemon juice to stop the apple from browning. A light splash of milk, agave for honey, garnish of pecans and tossed in a few raisins. Easy and no cooking involved. Reviewed for Best of 2010.

This is good and pretty healthy. Like loof I also soaked my old fashioned type oats for a lot less than overnight, about 40 minutes (per preference to me 30 minutes is perfect). I used spring water, freshly squeezed lemon juice, honey to be dairy free and healthier, 2 small Mackintosh apples but I did peel them as they were not organic, I used walnuts pieces for the nuts.
