  1. In a pint jar, mix the oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar and pepper. Shake well. Put the vegetables in a bowl and toss them. Add the dressing just before serving and toss again. For spicer taste, sprinkle with a few crushed Szechwan peppercorns.
