  1. Heat small skillet over high heat; when hot, add sesame seeds and swirl until seeds become light brown and fragrant.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. When seeds are cool, combine with other ingredients.
  4. Use marinade on meats several hours before cooking.

I used a bit more sesame oil and red pepper than in the original recipe, but really enjoyed the way it turned out. I let chicken marinate overnight in this, then stir-fried the chicken, added some vegetables, and poured in a bit of the leftover marinade. It made a great dinner over rice.
