      These were good! The burgers turned out moist and flavorful. I used ground mustard (powdered kind) in mine and didn't find it to be too spicy, but it gave the burgers a nice tang. I didn't notice the sesame seeds as much as I thought I would, so next time I will use more of those. Also I think this will go well with an Asian type of sauce on the burger- perhaps a banana sauce or teriyaki sauce. Thanks for the recipe!

      Juicy burgers flavored with soy sauce, mustard, garlic, sesame seeds and green onion. The recipe didn't specify ground vs prepared mustard. Ground sounded more appropiate for an oriental recipe but 2 tsp seemed a bit much. So, I used prepared. DH can't eat seeds or nuts so I had to sub a few drops of sesame oil, the seeds would have added a wonderful crunch and nutty flavor. We loved the oriental flavor of these juicy burgers! I might add a bit more ginger next time.

      A great change from an ordinary beef burger. Wonderful mix of flavours! The seseme seeds really make it nice, although I have made it without (when I ran out) and it was still very tasty. - A favourite ouf ours - the only burger I make now.
