Hot and sour Chicken if you like the hot stuff that's your choice....

  1. Deforze the Chicken in fridge.
  2. Wash and trim drain it to dry.
  3. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  4. Rab all the ingredient in and out of the chicken.
  5. Place in Chiller for 24 hr.
  6. Bring out the chicken leave it for 15 min.
  7. Perpare the oven to 150c.
  8. Place the chicken in the rack and roast it for 45 min.
  9. Serve it with your own side dish.
