Directions

  1. Cook rice.
  2. Combine oil, soya sauce, vinegar and salt.
  3. Add mushrooms to rice and stir in dressing.
  4. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
  5. Just before serving add oranges,celery,green onions and almonds.
