Cold linguine salad for warm summer days. My mother-in-law made this once and I just fell in love with it.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (16 ounce) package linguine, prepared as directed
  • 1 japanese cucumber, cubed
  • 1 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cups imitation crabmeat
  • 2 tablespoons nori, furikake
  • asian-style dressing

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, add dressing to taste, chill and serve.
