- 946.36 ml napa cabbage or 946.36 ml Chinese cabbage
- 226.79 g can crushed pineapple, drained
- 226.79 g can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 236.59 ml cilantro or 236.59 ml parsley, chopped
- 59.14 ml scallion, sliced
- 59.14 ml low-fat mayonnaise
- 14.79 ml mustard
- 4.92 ml ginger, grated
directions
- Combine first five ingredients.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
- Combine next three ingredients.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
- Toss dressing with cabbage mixture and serve.
