  3. Combine next three ingredients.
  4. Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
  5. Toss dressing with cabbage mixture and serve.

This is very tasty and the water chestnuts add a nice crunch. I served it with broiled pork chops. I julienned the water chestnuts instead of leaving them sliced.
