Oriental Coleslaw

• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 2 (6 ounce) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles, with seasoning packet
• 1 lb coleslaw mix
• 1 cup sliced almonds
• 1 cup sunflower seeds
• 1 bunch green onion, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
• 3⁄4 cup oil
• 1⁄3 cup white vinegar

directions

1. Put first five ingredients in a large bowl. To make dressing put remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir. Pour dressing over slaw mixture. (Over the years we've changed a few things. We don't add the dressing until right before we serve. This way everything is still crispy!) Also, I omit the sunflower seeds altogether because they keep getting stuck in my teeth. LOL.
