  1. Dice and cook chicken.
  2. While chicken is cooking, melt margarine in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add flour and continue to stir over medium heat until bubbly.
  4. Add broth, water, soy sauce, garlic powder, chicken, pepper, simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Cool and freeze in a 1-gallon bag or freezer container.
  6. Defrost and heat in Microwave until warm.
  7. Cook Brown Minute Rice while warming sauce.
  8. Serve topped with Chow Mein Noodles.
