  1. I love Asian slaws and this is one of the best I've tried. The ration of chicken makes it a star ingredient instead of an after thought and I really liked using napa rather than green cabbage. The salad was colorful, tasty, and would be great for a summer meal or event. I made a half recipe & used only 1/3 cup of oil. There was plenty of dressing to coat everything without the salad being soggy. Thanks for sharing this keeper of a recipe! Made for Spring 2010 Pick A Chef.
