Oriental Chicken Salad

"This recipe is very good and it's so easy to make. All of the flavors blend together so nicely. It is a light tasting, crunchy salad with a sweet/tangy flavor. Don't add the noodles until you are ready to serve it. Please note that there isn't any chicken in this salad - it uses the chicken flavor packet from the soup."

I created a cookbook program in Access as a wedding gift for my nephew. I found an artist to hand paint a recipe box for my nephew and I printed out 170 recipes on photo cards and created indexes for the recipe categories. I had so much fun creating the database and they really loved it. I became a little obsessed in looking for and trying new recipes.
