Oriental dressing
- 133.10 ml honey
- 73.94 ml red wine vinegar
- 236.59 ml Miracle Whip
- 44.37 ml french's honey mustard
- 2.46 ml sesame oil

Chicken
- 3 eggs
- 177.44 ml milk
- 236.59 ml flour
- 236.59 ml kellog's Special K cereal
- 9.85 ml salt
- 3.69 ml pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 473.18-946.36 ml vegetable oil

Salad greens
- 709.77 ml chopped romaine lettuce
- 236.59 ml napa cabbage
- 236.59 ml red cabbage
- 3 carrots, shredded
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 44.37 ml sliced almonds
- 236.59 ml chow mein noodles
directions
- Mix all the dressing ingredients together and chill.
- Preheat the oil for chicken, around 350°F.
- In a small bowl beat eggs add milk and mix well.
- In a big zip-lock bag, combine the cereal which I just crush up, with flour, salt and pepper.
- Cut the breasts into long strips, 5 each.
- Dip each strip into the egg then in the crumb mixture. Coat completely.
- Fry 5 chicken strips at a time, for 7 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels.
- I cut up the greens, cut the fried chicken into chunks, and mix all together.
- Serve the dressing on the side.
