I don't know why it's considered oriental, but it's still delish!
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles (crush in package)
- 1 head medium cabbage, chopped
- 4 -5 green onions, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup almonds, toasted and chopped
- salt, to taste
- Sprinkle salt over cabbage and onion.
- Just before serving, toss with almonds and broken noodles.
- Add a simple vinegar and oil dressing, if desired.
