  1. Prepare the dough wih flour, margarine, water and salt. Kneed it well until smooth.
  2. Roll out on floured surface. Transfer on a baking tray of about 35 X 40 cm.
  3. Preheat the oven at 180°C (heat and timing are basing it on convection oven).
  4. In a big bowl mix the remaining ingredients and arrange on the extended dough.
  5. Cook at 180°C for 50 minutes.
