Oriental Almond Ramen Cole Slaw

"I make this recipe for pot lucks and school (where I cook) and it goes over really well. People are always asking for the recipe. I got it from our family cook book. We don't use the flavor packet in the ramen noodles because of the msg."

I live in the sticks of Nebraska and cook for a school six miles away. I think we have the most fun when we are visiting our kids. Most of them live in Arkansas and soon. I will be making a trip there to see all our kids and our 3 year old precious granddaughter and 1 year old precious grandson. I would say one of my passions is the Life Line of hope. For only 20 dollars you can feed and clothe an orphan child in another country for a whole month!. You can see what I mean by going to www.Lifelineofhope.org It is just so cool! My favorite cookbook for giving to graduates was Betty Crocker's New Cookbook copyright 1996. I say "was" because I am not sure it is published anymore as I haven't seen it anywhere anymore. Front cover had Lemon Basil Chicken with Vegetables. Hmmmm. Pet peeves. I guess one would be people who waste time at work. I feel like if I am getting paid for working then I need to be working. I don't have too many pet peeves.
