"A very easy dessert. Kids and adults go ape over this one! Make sure you make the day before you serve, to soften the Oreo cookies. Prep time includes chill time."

  1. Everyone in my family loved this! It was easy to make. No cooking makes it a must for summertime. I made this dish is a 13x9 glass pan and crumbled the oreos fine for the bottom half. It was wonderful.

  2. Yooper, you should have seen my 5 year old twins faces after eating your lovely pudding. Oreo cookie mustaches :) To say that we enjoyed this is an understatement. It was so easy to make which is of major importance to me. It was rich, creamy, cold and chocolat-ee. We've got a new favorite. Thanks so much!

  3. I make this recipe all the time, although I call it "Dirt"! I serve it in a flowerpot with additional crushed cookies on top and gummy worms sticking out...then I put some artificial flowers in it. Most people do not realize that it is to be eaten and when that first person starts to dig in, the other guests think they are eating a plant :) Kids and adults both go crazy over it and it is very easy to prepare, not to mention incredibly delicious!

  4. I served this for dessert at a pool party last weekend and I have had ELEVEN phone calls from my friends wanting this recipe and it's only tuesday! What a hit! Thank you for posting this, I have found my favorite summer dessert!

  5. Made this for a neighborhood party. Not only did it taste wonderful, it looked beautiful. I layered the ingredients twice, instead of once, as written.

Tweaks

  1. I need people to try it more often

  2. I love this Oreo Pudding

  3. I used fat free cream cheese and fat free cool whip. I also used sugar free vanilla pudding. Less calories, yet still tastes wonderful. Quick and easy to make. You don't have to worry about leftovers on this one! Next time I make this I'll try chocolate pudding instead of vanilla.

What can I say about myself that hasn't already been mentioned in the police reports? Just kidding! I'm a single guy who loves to cook! Good thing, or I'd starve or go broke eating out! I love to read, horror and mysteries are my favorite. Love music, (except rap) and I'm a huge Green Bay Packer Fan!
