- 3 egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup Oreo cookies, crushed (without white filling)
- 3⁄4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- Beat egg whites with pinch of salt to a soft peak.
- Gradually add sugar until stiff.
- Fold in cookies, pecans and vanilla.
- Spread into greased pie pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, cool in refrigerator.
- Spread Cool Whip over top and add a few cookie crumbs.
