This was good, first time making or eating cornish game hens. (I bought some cornish game hens because they were on sale.) I had everything for this one on hand, so I tried it. Very nice, and I love stuffing, so that was a plus. The birds were very juicy and flavorful. Thanks Ozman!

Hi~ We had these for dinner last night and they were great. I made the stuffing on the side with a little added broth. The hens were full of flavor, tender and juicy. Thanks for posting Di

I thought this recipe was fantastic! So simple, and so yummy all at the same time. I did not stuff the birds, however. I decided to go on ahead without that. But my fiance and I just loved this, and will make this again for sure! Thanks for the great recipe!

This is a really good recipe. I made pretty much by the directions, except I did use whole wheat bread, and it worked fine. I did have to cook a good bit longer than the cook time listed. I will use this recipe again.

I prepared this for Sunday night supper and wanted to make something a little bit fancy. I admit I have never stuffed a bird before and was a little reluctant but decided to take the bull by the horns and actually just do it. The only thing that I added was the juice of 1 lemon that I sqeezed over the birds as I think it works so well with oregano. These birds came out juicy and tender and the stuffing very flavorful. I also loved the sauce which took this recipe over the top. We all really enjoyed this and will be repeating this in the future.
