I liked the flavor a lot (didn't use cloves) but I couldn't taste the "orange flavor" it was more sweet and cinnamon-like. I think I over-cooked my chops because they were dry. I would try them again with a quicker browning time. Thanks for a nice easy recipe.

  1. In a large skillet, over high heat, quickly brown the chops on all sides.
  2. Reduce heat to low.
  3. Mix together all remaining ingredients and add them to the pork in the skillet. Cover and simmer gently until the chops are done; about 30-40 minutes, depending on thickness.
