Very nice recipe. I cut it in half - no problem. Next time, and there will be a next time, instead of soaking the cauliflower I will put 2 or 3 tbsp of water in the dish with the cauliflower and cover the dish for the first 15 minutes. I did not use any oil just a no oil spray. Thanks Paula for posting
I doubled the recipe to feed 7 people & there were fights for the last its. I minced the zest of both the lemon & orange w/the parsley & scallions & also squeezed the juice from both fruits over the cauliflower (hate throwing parts away). RAVE reviews from everybody. A wonderful way to serve cauliflower. Thanks, Paula!
A tasty variation for a rather bland & boring vegetable! Aside from scaling the quantities in half, I followed the recipe verbatim. Thanx Paula!
Cauliflower,Is not one of my favorite veggies, BUT, This recipe makes it a yummy veggie, I made it just like the recipe said. We really like the flavor that the orange zest,onions & fresh parsely added. I will be making this again, good to find a recipe for cauliflower that we enjoy. Thank you Paula.
