  1. Beat the egg yolks, whole egg, sugar, flour, and vanilla until mixture is thick and yellow.
  2. Blend in the orange juice and wine and cook in a double boiler until foamy.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Pour over the dessert or serve in a seperate bowl with the dessert.
