Rachel Ray's recipe. Can also sustitute marmalade with hot pepper jelly, etc.
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade (zap in microwave to loosen)
- 1 teaspoon poppy seed
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt & pepper (to taste)
- Combine in a jar and shake.
