Very good! Made for 1 which was 3 slices of bread. I didn`t soak overnight. Because I wanted it like now! I used buttermilk in place of the whipping cream because thats what I had and used a tablespoon of frozen condensed OJ melted and a bit extra buttermilk. The orange came through real nice and fresh! Thanks!

I've made this a few times now and the reaction is always the same!!! I want seconds ! I made it for a breakfast at a "girls" weekend and all loved it. It's so easy and yummy, I love the "do it the night before and pop in the oven ease" next day. The only difference I made was in Australia we don't have 1/2&1/2 so I used a mix of cream and milk, but that was too sloppy, so next time I used more cream and less milk and it was fine. Fat content up, but a once in a while treat is ok! Sharon
