- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream, plus (4 ounce)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla ice cream
- 1⁄2 cup seltzer water
- Combine juice, vanilla and 1 tablespoon ice cream in a 16 oz. glass.
- Add the seltzer water; stir well to combine.
- Top with the ice cream and enjoy.
