This is an easy, cheap, and very tasty main dish recipe I found in an old Quick cooking magazine.
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 6 pork chops
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
- Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.
- Top with oranges, cloves, and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until meat juices run clear.
