"This is a really nice iced tea for hot summer weather."

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 3 oranges
• 1 lemon
• 3 cups strong black tea, cold
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 orange, thinly sliced

directions

1. Squeeze juice from oranges and lemon.
2. In a pitcher combine juice, tea, sugar and orange slices.
3. Serve in tall tumblers, over crushed Ice.
