Orange Syllabub

"This is a lighter version of some of the recipes I have seen."

• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 100 ml white wine
• 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
• 1 tablespoon icing sugar
• 200 ml tbsps whipping cream
• 4 -6 tablespoons Reddi-wip topping

directions

1. Shake the wine, orange juice, sugar and cream together in a bottle and pour into a wine glass.
2. Whisk until frothy.
3. Top with rediwhip and garnish with an orange slice or you could use some thawed cool whip.
