Directions

  1. Make meringue batter from eggwhites & sugar.
  2. with a sharp knife scoop out pulp from oranges.
  3. fill each orange with icecream.
  4. put a layer of meringue on top of each orange.
  5. place under hot grill for 5-7 mins until toasted(do not allow to burn!).
