very refreshing reminds one of the sun & the snow in Norway
- Make meringue batter from eggwhites & sugar.
- with a sharp knife scoop out pulp from oranges.
- fill each orange with icecream.
- put a layer of meringue on top of each orange.
- place under hot grill for 5-7 mins until toasted(do not allow to burn!).
