  1. Combine egg, oil, sugar and orange juice.
  2. Add biscuit mix, stir until moist.
  3. Fold in marmalade and pecans.
  4. By hand, beat 30 seconds.
  5. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
  6. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of muffins.
  7. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Variations: Substitute any kind of marmalade, preserves or jelly for the orange marmalade.
  9. If desired, bake in mini muffin tins, but reduce cook time by half.

Very delicious muffin! I have a muffin recipe that is similar in nature but yours differs with the addition of the orange marmalade and the streusel topping. Really enjoyed this as a breakfast treat and then froze the rest for breakfasts to come with the kids going back to school. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
