I made this for Father's Day and everyone loved it! Sponge cakes are always easy to make and I'm a beginner in baking. The taste of natural orange is evident in the cake but i did reduce the sugar to 3/4 cup and i added 2 tablespoons of honey instead because my family loves natural flavors without anything too sweet. It's a matter of preference but this recipe is definitely a keeper :) I might add vanilla essence the next time i bake this, thanks karen!

I made this today. Simple recipe to assemble. I used a glass pan (12"x7")& baked for 40 minutes.
